Working with large companies across the United kingdom, we inspect the external and internal parts making sure the premises are secure and free from trespassers whilst ensuring the building fabric is safe. External area inspection includes the reporting of overgrown landscaping and fly-tipped waste.

Weekly, bi monthly and monthly visits are available, a full report is sent along with photographic evidence.

Keyholding and meter readings are services included in the price package.

Site visits are based on 30 minute duration, extremely large multi floor premises are subject to additional charges.
